Returns
We are happy to provide a refunds on purchases if they are within 30 days of the original order. The product must be returned unused, in the same, new condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot provide refunds or exchanges past 30 days of the original order.
Sale items are final sale.
Custom items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to the personalization. When placing a custom order please view size charts and check all spelling on information for personalization. If you would like to change or cancel a custom order, you must do so within 24 hours by emailing info@ rollerrevival.com. You will receive a reply back within 24 hours. If you need help with sizing choice or questions about custom items please email before ordering.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.
Please contact us at info@rollerrevival.com if you have not received your refund past 10 business days.
Shipping
To return your product, please email info@rollerrevival.com for shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
